With Linna out of town, and Nene in the middle of a shift at AD Police headquarters, Priss must take on a berserk military boomer all by herself. Later, Nene finds herself liking Mackey, but when she does some research on his past she makes a disconcerting discovery.

Stretch 7/04: There was some cool action animation in this episode. Nevertheless, I liked the way the usual boomer fight was gotten out of the way early, so that some intriguing development of the long term plot could take place. All doubts about whether Mason will turn out to be the chief villain of the series are dispelled! My favorite line: "A machine goes out of control then goes insane. Just what is a boomer?" --Leon
