umm... Not much to say. Watch a few Japanese cartoons. They're all so crazy. Cartoons that are unique and make good use of their characters and plot are what I consider "Good". Putting it simply, I either really like something or really hate it. I won't bother putting up the titles that I don't like because (you guessed it) I don't like them.
