A global pandemic of a blood-borne, highly infectious disease known as hemoglophagia has forever changed the world. Those that manage to survive the initial infection live on with inhuman abilities knowing that the disease will continue to ravage their body and eventually kill them. Seizing on the fear wrought by the uncontrolled spread of the disease, a militant medical group known as the Arch-Ministry takes control of the government and begins the systematic extermination of those that are infected. | |
