This is a term coined to identify things like jiggling breasts, cleavage shots, panty shots, bra shots, closeup shots of women's breast, legs, butt, etc., and mild nudity all for the purposes of "servicing" the audience and having no relevance to the plot or characters of a series. The term has a second meaning covering things like massive action sequences, explosions, fights, etc., but it mostly refers to the first meaning.

Running away from home, Ikuto fled on a cruise ship but fell off during a large Tsunami. Washing up near an island, Ikuto is saved by a young girl named Suzu. She brings him to her grandmother. Ikuto finds out that he is stranded on an island. An island without any men. (They were lost to a storm during a festival) Each girl is racing to become Ikuto's bride and save the island. And each girl is willing to kill the other girls to achieve this goal.

But strange things start happening starting with the creepy bus driver who picks him up. For Tsukune's school is a school for Monsters! And Tsukune is the only human there. Luckily he meets another ordinary girl name Moka who appears to be a normal human too except she wears a rosary around her neck. Moka's secret is that she is a vampire and the rosary is the only thing that keeps her blood thrist down. So now Tsukune has 2 objectives. 1) Keep the monsters from finding out he is human, and 2) keep Moka-chan from sucking all his blood out!
