Kinomoto Sakura is a bright, cheerful, cute little 4th grade girl. She lives with her 17-year old brother and her widowed father in a nice home in Japan. One day, she hears strange noises coming from the basement of her home. Cautiously investigating the source amongst the rows of book shelves, she discovers it is coming from a glowing old book called "The Clow". Unlocking the book, Sakura discovers that it is in fact a storage box for a deck of odd cards. While attempting to read the English word "Windy" on the front of the top card, she accidently activates the magic card, causing the entire deck to be scattered and disappear all over Japan. The only card that survives is the "Windy" card. |

Buy | 20 year old ronin, Keitaro Urashima, never had much luck with girls in all his life except when he was young. He still recalls that time in his life yet very faintly. He played with a girl in a sandbox who told him that if two people made it into Tokyo University together, they would be together forever. So, Keitaro and this girl promised that they would both get into Tokyo U. However, the girl moved away and that was the last he saw of her. Now in the present, Keitaro has failed the Tokyo U. entrance exams twice! He decides to stay at his grandmother's inn, Hinata Sou, for awhile so that he can get away from home. However, he did not know that the inn changed to a female dormitory and that's when all the fun starts! |

Milk is a potty-mouthed child superheroine who has no particular superpowers and prefers to hang out at home and enjoy the things that kids like to do: watch TV, play videogames and eat snacks. This would be a lot easier if Milk wasn't six months behind in paying the rent! Tetsuko is Milk's not exactly state-of-the-art robot assistant, Hanage is a giant slug who shares the apartment, and Robodog is Milk's pet, who unfortunately tends to urinate in an embarassing manner. Invariably, each episode includes a visit from the irate landlord, after which Milk gets a call from the "President", who appeals to her for help in solving all sorts of bizarre problems. |
