Microtechnology has created self-powered roller blades that allow a rider to rip along at blistering speeds, roar up walls and fly to incredible heights. And now AIR TECK (A-T) has become the new rage with all of the gangs. Ikki got the dickens kicked out of him by a roller-blade gang and the four sisters that he is staying with are not going to allow him to forget it. Of the four sisters, it falls upon fourteen-year-old Ringo to be responsible for looking after their trouble-some ‘adopted’ little brother whom they have nicknamed ‘baby-face’. When Ikki finds out that the girls are part of an A-T gang called the ‘sleeping forest’, he borrows one of their skates and rides off into the night vowing to learn to ride . A chance encounter introduces him to a cute roller-blade girl. Ikki follows her to a Stormrider (AT gang) gathering and learns that she is called Simca. Simca really seems to take a fancy for him (or perhaps she really enjoys teasing him), but when his sisters (most specifically Ringo) find out, they are not happy with Ikki’s new friend. |

The Arkham City is known as a center of power for both strong magic and high technology. The criminal syndicate Black Lodge led by the wizard, Telion, is moving to take control of the city, while the Hado Financial Group, the self proclaimed guardians of the city, are intent on stopping them. A private detective named Kuro Dijuhji finds himself caught up in the upcoming war and in control of the only weapon that can stop the Black Lodge – a giant robot called Demonbane. |

On his way to school, he sees a pretty 2nd year student standing under the cherry trees. After a few words with her, she suddenly blushes and asks him to go out with her! In his first class, he is surprised to notice that everybody is staring at him - because of the rumor that Takasu Ayako, the ‘angel of death’ actually confessed to him! And then suddenly, he is summoned to the student council chambers and is offered a position with Takasu-sempai's on her student committee! It is going to be a very busy school year for Mamoru. |

The rise in the ocean level has forever changed the territorial and political boundaries of the surviving island countries. The aftermath and confusion of the world event have given rise to organized groups of terrorists who use their heavily armed ‘pirate’ ships to trouble and harry the ocean-going trade routes. Their ongoing disruptions and raids on commercial traffic have given rise to private security companies equipped with high-tech warships dedicated to escorting merchant ships and keeping the sea-lanes secure. |
