On the planet Aqua lies the watery city of Neo Venezia, a tourist hub in which people travel around in gondolas. Professional gondoliers known as Undines are well-revered as they act as tour guides for the people. Akari Mizunashi is a gondolier in training and also an employee of Aria Company. She gets to meet all sorts of people as she takes them on the gondola rides, from friendly mentors to special individuals, all this admidst the beautiful scenic backdrop of the entire city. |

A young boastful pirate named Cloud manages to open a large treasure chest just acquired on their last raid, and awakens a beautiful young girl. It is only later when treasure hunters and ninja raiders attack the pirate airship does he learn that her name is Edell Raid, one of the seven Shickikou Houju treasures, and that she is not human. In a desperate struggle, he is brave enough to fight a loosing battle to protect her from the raiders. Despite her strong dislike of humans, she is moved by his feelings and declares her acceptance of him. In taking his hand, she speaks of wanting to understand love, and transforms into a bizarre sword weapon attached to his arm. And so the story of adventure for Edell Raid and Cloud begins. |

A thousand years have passed since the disaster that devastated the planet Zi. Both the land and people have spent the time recovering from the damage. Ruuji lives in an isolated costal village, where together with his father and the other villagers, they have been working hard to salvage and recover an ancient sunken Zoid. On the day that they refloat the Liger Zoid, four enemy dinosour Bio-Zoids appear and attack the village with the intent of taking control of towering generator, an ancient artifact which supports the fertility of the land and assures the success of the village. Ruuji tumbles into the cockpit of the Liger and succeeds in awaking it. The teenaged hero struggles to fight off the Bio-Zoids, when the village’s sacred sword is summoned and fuses with the Liger. The forty-foot long sacred-sword is the primary weapon of the Liger and is composed of ZI-Metal, the only type of weapon that can defeat the Bio-Zoids. While fighting Bio-Zoids, two other friendly Zoids appear to help and together they defeat the enemy. But Ruuji’s adventures in his Musame Liger have just begun.... |

Set in the year 2300AD, a group of starship trainees return to their home planet in the Kibi system and get caught up in a flash fire war, which results in their planet surrendering unconditionally to the “Empire”. Stranded and isolated, the cadets resolve to fight on, on-behalf of the home world against the invading forces. But in doing so, they have to resort to uncommon means to gain the financial support to keep their very advanced starship, the Amaterasu, equipped to continue the battle. Over fourteen years ago, a catastrophe known as the Hammer of Eden fell apon the earth, causing the near total destruction of the planet as 90% of the land was flooded by the ocean(s). After this ruin, the Secretary General of the U.N., Aoi, formed a New United Nations for the surviving nations to help each other and live in peace. To aid in this, two (American?) Navy officers agree to help her. In the town of Yabitsu, where a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier was beached high in the rocks after the Hammer of Eden fell, Aoi sets up this New U.N. and with the nuclear power provided by the carrier, the town has plenty of electricity. |
