Tokiko Mima is a 17-year old high school girl who claims to be an android build by her grandfather, the scientist Dr. Mima. One day, Dr. Mima is found to be dying by Tokiko. As a final request, Tokiko’s grandfather asks for her to travel to Tokyo and make over 30,000 friends so that she could become human. As Tokiko wanders Tokyo to seek friends, she finds herself being targeted by the robotics company, Ajo Heavy Industries, as the company takes interest in the mysterious abilities that Tokiko has which are mysteriously wrecking their latest batch of military robots being tested.

Souji Kamishiro is pursuing his dream of being a painter under the unsteady hand of a dark moody, but brilliant art professor. While staying over at his house, Souji has become very close to his sensi’s daughter Sayaka Shirakawa, but there appears something very wrong within the family. Sayaka bitterly hates her father, refusing to even be in the same room with him. Later, someone confronts Souji with rumors that his sensi is a murderer. And then Mie Wakabasyashi, a cute young neighborhood girl appears to both give warning about his sensi one moment and then trys to steal a kiss from him the next. But Sayaka interrupts them and chases Mie away. She takes advantage of the situation to share her feelings for Souji in the form of a passionate kiss. But the tensions and uncertainty are quickly rising to a dangerous climax that is certain to claim another life and explode into a passionate release.
