During a heavy downpour, a girl is running away from a boy. She crosses a street, not seeing the oncoming truck. But the boy does, and pushes her away...bloodily injuring his hand. On her first day on duty, the overeager Yumi hears a scream and finds a purse-snatching victim. Mikuki and Natsumi are former Japanese cops who now live in L.A. and who've joined the L.A.P.D. and are partners again. They quickly become occustomed to the wild American ways of catching criminals by using powerful weapons. But soon, they and their new co-workers (looking like American clones of the Bokuto Police Station members) are thrust into the middle of a car theft operation when Miyuki's newly purchased '73 Ford Mustang is stolen. Natsumi is late for her new job and is speeding on her mini bike. When a female cop in a mini-coup tries to pull her over, Natsumi decides to run. Despite her best efforts, Natsumi continues to be dogged by this cop and the cop catches her when Natsumi wrecks her bike rather than hit a cat.
