Natsumi is late for her new job and is speeding on her mini bike. When a female cop in a mini-coup tries to pull her over, Natsumi decides to run. Despite her best efforts, Natsumi continues to be dogged by this cop and the cop catches her when Natsumi wrecks her bike rather than hit a cat. Now an hour late for her job at the police station, Natsumi is stunned to learn that her partner is none other than the female cop who gave her a ticket earlier, Miyuki. Circumstances prove the two are good partners and then they become roommates. Will the pair catch the speedster in the hotrod? Will the pair manage to get a sick cat to the vet in the middle of a typhoon. Will fellow officer and motorcyle patrolman Nakajima-kun have the nerve to ask Miyuki out?
