One sunny afternoon day, as the spacey Nao is doing what she enjoys doing most, taking photographs of clouds on the roof of their middle school, she encounters a cat, a FLYING CAT! In chasing after the cat, she manages to fall of the roof and is saved by a strange gust of strong wind, which slowed her fall and saved her from injury. She comes to learn that one of her teachers is a ‘ wind handler’, and it was he who taught the cat to control the winds so as to be able to fly through the air. During the summer break, Nao, her best friend Miki and a cute fellow student, Jun, all head out to their teachers little village in countryside to learn more about the secrets of controlling the wind.
