This is the sequel to Ai Yori Aoshi based on the manga of the same name ("Enishi" means "Destiny"). It has been two years since Aoi met Kaoru at the train station. Since he and the other girls moved into Aoi's family's summer home, not much has changed. Kaoru has finished university and is now writing his thesis for a doctor's degree and even part-time working at the university institute. Kaoru and Aoi are still secretly seeing each other while the other girls (minus Miyabi) all have crushes on Kaoru. |

Buy | It is the days prior to Ai Yori Aoshi when Kaoru is a new student in college. It is Christmas time and who should pay him a visit but Santa, looking very much like Aoi. Since she plans to spend the next 24 hours with Kaoru and he feels weird calling her Santa, she allows him to call her Aoi-chan after the girl he knew as a boy. Over the next 24 hours, the couple eat a Christmas meal, spend time at an amusement park, go ice skating, and take a late night walk. As they spend time together, they happen upon the girls from the original series in humorous moments. Also, Kaoru gets to experience some TLC while Santa-Aoi learns something more about humanity. |

Shikimori Kazuki is a 17-year old high school student at the prestigious school for magic users, Aoi Academy. All students have magical abilities and have a certain number of spells they can cast in their life -- normal students can cast several thousand spells and very powerful students, like the very rich Kazetsubaki Kuriko, can cast over 100,000 in their life. But for poor Kazuki-san, he can only cast eight. After that, if he attempts to use magic, it will only result in his turning to dust. As such, he is shunned by the girls at school and really has no friends to speak of. |
