It's about Shiratori/Ootori Nagisa, a martial artist/idol singer. Just for laughs she decides she wants to go to a public junior high school. In order to remain incognito she hacks off her pink hair, dresses in a boy's uniform and assumes a false last name. She joins a gang at school and falls in love with a high school boy (Nosaka Akira) who is a martial artist himself. Nagisa is a very cheerful character, and very handy in a fight. In a near future time when alien attacks have become a common event, a secret (Japanese) organization called the GRA (GRAND RIFUREKUTO AMUDO, Grand Reflect Armor) has developed a very effective defense. Using a technology developed by Dr Sanada Mio, which she calls the 'G-On', certain young students wearing glasses (hence the "G" in the title) are able to harness their strong feelings and manifest those abilities and weapons that prove effective against the alien attacking units. The GRA has sponsored an elite high school to help identify and develop the students who have this ability in the hopes that they can defend not only Japan, but also the earth from the alien invaders. |

Its called the Legend of the New Snow White and is "loosely" based on the fairy tale cinderella and Snow White. Basically, Himeno's life started to change when her father married a wealthy woman. One day she meets a man who claims to be a Knight searching for Shin Shirayuki Hime Densetsu Pretear (the legendary magical girl that can help them save the Earth from ruin and destruction). It turns out that Himeno is the Pretear, and she is joined by a pack of knights dedicated to protecting her and helping her fulfill her destiny of saving the world. |
