In a near future time when alien attacks have become a common event, a secret (Japanese) organization called the GRA (GRAND RIFUREKUTO AMUDO, Grand Reflect Armor) has developed a very effective defense. Using a technology developed by Dr Sanada Mio, which she calls the 'G-On', certain young students wearing glasses (hence the "G" in the title) are able to harness their strong feelings and manifest those abilities and weapons that prove effective against the alien attacking units. The GRA has sponsored an elite high school to help identify and develop the students who have this ability in the hopes that they can defend not only Japan, but also the earth from the alien invaders. |

The middle-school that Shingo attends is truly special. While Shingo’s little sister and other students might be bothered, Shingo has no problems getting along with the students of the special races that attend his school. A middle school student finds his ordinary life disrupted when a strange small magical cat-girl creature suddenly appears in his refrigerator one day. Sunao Moriyama-kun just takes everything in stride and accepts his new friend as she moves into his life and his circle of school friends. But the funny creature that he named Potemayo (a made-up name from a potato-mayonnaise bread) does not like one of his classmates, specifically Natsu Mikan-chan and considers her a rival for Moriyama-kun’s attentions. Then a second silly magical cat-girl appears in Moriyama’s refrigerator, carrying a scythe and possessing strange magical powers. |
