When her boys-love obsession takes over, it manifests itself as a green furry monster (pictured at right). Kojima is based on the monster-mascot for a shopping arcade that happens to be named "801." "801" in the manga's title is a pun, since the number "801" can be read as "Ya-o-i" in Japanese. |
