Action Comedy: Much like ACTION (Lots of shooting, explosions, and the like) except it has comedy thrown in as well.
This is a term coined to identify things like jiggling breasts, cleavage shots, panty shots, bra shots, closeup shots of women's breast, legs, butt, etc., and mild nudity all for the purposes of "servicing" the audience and having no relevance to the plot or characters of a series. The term has a second meaning covering things like massive action sequences, explosions, fights, etc., but it mostly refers to the first meaning.

The second season of Mahoromatic begins as Mahoro's life finally begins to get back to normal. However, when a young android named Minawa begins following her, Slash and Ryuga immediately suspect the worst. However, when it seems that Minawa is harmless, Mahoro takes the young android under her wing and begins training her as a maid. Unfortunately, the shy young Minawa is in for a shock when she glimpses Mahoro's frenetic lifestyle and hears about her wild plan to develop a larger bust. |
