Rent | Yusuke Urameshi is a punk high school student who loves fighting fellow students, especially rival Kazuma Kuwabara and his gang of thugs. One day while cutting class, a little girl walks in front of a car and Yusuke pushed the child out of the way but in the process, dies. Since his final act was one of selflessness, the ruler of the Spirit World, Koenma-sama, decides that he deserves another chance. He decrees that Yusuke will now be a Spirit Detective and his guide will be Botan, who's normal job is to lead people to the afterlife. |
