A young girl named Rahzel is booted out of her house one day by her father with the instructions to `see the world.` And so her journey begins, However, she won`t be doing it alone ... for she befriends a stoic young man named Alzeido seeking revenge for his father`s murder. Alzeido and Rahzel are like oil and water ... but even still, they feel strangely drawn to one another. This could be either the result of an underlying attraction -- or their shared powers with magic. And so, the two reluctant allies travel from town to town, using their powers to help the helpless, while discovering their own respective places in the world.

Tōma Kamijō is an ordinary high school boy with terrible academic scores, but he harbors a hidden gift called Imagine Breaker. While Kamijō's Imagine Breaker is strong enough to defeat any other power, it has a side effect of diminishing his own good luck. So literally immeasurable are the strengths and effects of Imagine Breaker, that the hapless Kamijō is listed as having a psychic or supernatural level of 0. And then one day, he happens to find a girl dressed in white hanging off his window balcony. She tells him that sorcerers are chasing her and asks for his help. Kamijō comes to learn that the girl is a ‘Church of England’ nun whose memories have been forcibly embedded with the Index-Librorum-Prohibitorum — the 103,000 forbidden texts of the Church.
