This is a term coined to identify things like jiggling breasts, cleavage shots, panty shots, bra shots, closeup shots of women's breast, legs, butt, etc., and mild nudity all for the purposes of "servicing" the audience and having no relevance to the plot or characters of a series. The term has a second meaning covering things like massive action sequences, explosions, fights, etc., but it mostly refers to the first meaning.

Microtechnology has created self-powered roller blades that allow a rider to rip along at blistering speeds, roar up walls and fly to incredible heights. And now AIR TECK (A-T) has become the new rage with all of the gangs. Ikki got the dickens kicked out of him by a roller-blade gang and the four sisters that he is staying with are not going to allow him to forget it. Of the four sisters, it falls upon fourteen-year-old Ringo to be responsible for looking after their trouble-some ‘adopted’ little brother whom they have nicknamed ‘baby-face’. When Ikki finds out that the girls are part of an A-T gang called the ‘sleeping forest’, he borrows one of their skates and rides off into the night vowing to learn to ride . A chance encounter introduces him to a cute roller-blade girl. Ikki follows her to a Stormrider (AT gang) gathering and learns that she is called Simca. Simca really seems to take a fancy for him (or perhaps she really enjoys teasing him), but when his sisters (most specifically Ringo) find out, they are not happy with Ikki’s new friend. |

The new Yuri and Kei continue their adventures as the legendary team known as Lovely Angels. This time they are given the unglamorous assignment of being the bodygaurds for a gifted programmer named Touma. The main computer on the 20th Century Earth theme park planet (World's World) has been infected with a powerful virus and since Touma created the system, he is the natural choice to fix the problem. Unfortunately, things are more complicated as someone is out to kill Touma. Further complicating matters are ghosts, con artists, a local florist, and an AI computer program. Yuri and Kei return as the legendary Lovely Angels in this third OAV series. This time, Kei is forced to become a surrogate mother while Yuri, complaining about missing a date, comes to the rescue. Then a cute 15-year old female assassin comes to take them out causing Yuri to get angry about being stood up for a date, before coming to the conclusion that her beauty must have caused the killer to go insane. Then, the pair are assigned to a beach volleyball tournament where Yuri worries about messing up her perfect figure (and thus lose dates). Then Yuri has to be there for an extremely rich wussy kid who's Yuri-bot was accidently destroyed by Kei. Yuri figures to score big on this mission. But does the kid like the robot better or another girl? And finally, some loser thug want's to kill Kei and Yuri's boss, meaning Yuri will have to miss more dates. But it beats writing apology letters by hand. |

Also returning is the tank (possessed by a cat spirit) and we have a new kawaii animal character who provides a rather unique service. More fun and mayhem! |
