Kouta has moved back to his childhood town to start his first year in college, and his female cousin, Yuka, has set him up to live in a big ten-room vacant house. Later on that night, the two encounter a naked girl with horns wandering on the beach. She appears to be very innocent and very helpless, so Kouta takes it upon himself to take her home to keep her safe, unaware that his guest has just escaped from an experimental lab and that both the police and military are searching for her, with orders to shoot on sight.

Kei Kurono is your typical high school student, selfish, young, and horny. One day while helping his old friend Kato to rescue a homeless person from the train, he and Kato are killed by the very train they helped the homeless person from. (Extemely bloody scene) Kei then finds himself in a strange room filled with people including Kato. In the center is a large black ball. No one seems to know why they are there though almost all agree that each of them was very near death before they appeared in here. All of a sudden a girl 'beams' (a very gross scene) into the room, she is naked but there is evidence that she had committed suicide in a bath tub. She wakes up and screams. All of a sudden the ball is playing a strange march and a bunch of weapons pop out of both sides.

There is a small town somewhere in Japan, surrounded by nature, in which is the home to a large and gorgeous high school, Otobashi Gakuen, which was founded to make the students familiar with nature. Kurusugawa Himeko appears to be a normal student, leads a bright and enjoyable school life with her two friends, Himemiya Chikane and Ogami Soma. Chikane is a daughter of a distinguished family. She is excels at both studying and sports, she is wise and beautiful, she has familiar personality and is the idol of the other students (of both genders). Ogami Soma is a childhood friend of Himeko. He has problems expressing his emotions directly but he is very sincere.
