Twisting the Japanese word for dandelion, tanpopo, Po-Po-Tan is about three girls and their android maid as they search for "something" (unknown yet) while communicating with dandelions. Living in a giant mansion which they also run a Christmas business out of, we have Ai, the large breasted older sister who is sweet and runs the house. Mai is the 2nd sister who appears to be high-school aged and not happy about changing schools all the time and small chested. Mii is the youngest sister who uses the word "puni puni" as often as possible and uses "-tan" as an honorific. Then there's the blunt android maid Mare who at times seems put out by serving these girls.
