Rent | High School student Shinichi Kudou was a virtual Sherlock Holmes, who the Tokyo police regularly turned to for help in solving baffling cases. But then he accidentally learned too much for his own good about a murder case, and was caught by the villains. They poisoned him and left him for dead, but the "poison" had an unexpected effect--rather than killing him, it caused Shinichi to revert to the appearance of an elementary school boy! He retains his skills as a brilliant detective, however, and since that incident has managed to become adopted by his former girlfriend and her less-than-exemplary private detective father. With them he carries on his passion, and searches for clues to a possible antidote to the poison he was forced to swallow. |

They quickly become occustomed to the wild American ways of catching criminals by using powerful weapons. But soon, they and their new co-workers (looking like American clones of the Bokuto Police Station members) are thrust into the middle of a car theft operation when Miyuki's newly purchased '73 Ford Mustang is stolen. When the thief appears to be none other than Natsumi's beau Shoji-kun, things get a little strange. Can Miyuki and Natsumi catch the criminals? Is the thief really Shoji-kun? Seina Yamada is an unlucky teen boy. In fact his luck is so bad that he can't score a break if he tried. While on his way to his friend's house (taking a shortcut which takes him past his senpai Tenchi Masaki's home), his bad luck causes his bike to break. As he comes to rest at the Masaki lake, something crashes into the lake and knocks him out. When he comes to, a beautiful blonde lady is over him, relieved he hasn't been harmed. Assuming Seina has been training with Tenchi, she gives him a pamphlet to join Galaxy Police and tells him her name is Amane Kaunaq. Seina's family thinks the pamplet is some sort of prize entry and force Seina to put his thumb print on it. |
